Apex Digital Graphics takes great pride in its service operation, which provides first class support to our UK user base.With the additional Ryobi-trained engineers we now have 27 Technical Specialists throughout the UK, ensuring a fast and efficient response to breakdown calls.

Genuine & Alternative Parts
We supply original manufacturers parts for Ryobi, ECRM and Screen equipment, including all Printing Consumables (Blankets etc) but, where appropriate, can offer economical alternatives of the highest quality. Our technicians carry a comprehensive stock of parts with next-morning delivery available where necessary and direct supply from the manufacturer to the customer for non-stock items.

Four Service Contract Options:

FULLY-INCLUSIVE
Total cover including Planned Maintenance Visits, emergency calls with priority over non-contract customers and all parts (excluding consumables).
LABOUR INCLUSIVE
The same as Fully-Inclusive except parts are chargeable. These are supplied at 50% off our List Price.
STANDARD
The basic cover that includes a specific number of Planned Maintenance Visits, a 50% discount off our list price for parts and a reduced charge for intermediate breakdown calls with priority over non-contract customers.
SUPPLIES-LINKED CONTRACTS
We offer generous discounts off the above Contracts on CtP equipment for exclusive use of Apex consumables.

Application Training/Support
All equipment supplied by Apex Digital Graphics Ltd includes full operator training, however, we offer on-site additional training for new operators or up-grade training and refresher courses for existing operators. We also provide Telephone Support to all Contract customers.
